Fixes galore plus a nicer building placer

Following the awesome feedback  in our discord, I’ve fixed a tonne of edge cases and missing collision. Several people kindly mentioned the rotation when placing buildings was clunky. To that end I’ve moved it to the right stick or mouse which tbh feels WAY better! Can’t believe I didn’t notice that the first time round :)
